Failure is An Option


           Nowadays, we recently hear that many people say that “a failure is an option”. Despite in the reality life, people do the exact opposite way.They tolerate fear much more than they tolerate failure because they strongly thought that failure is not an option, but fear is. Some people really despise people who have failed in certain things that entrepreneur do, but they let the fear get in the way to reaching certain goals.
          One example of a successful entrepreneur that can be related to this trait was Richard Branson. Richard Branson was an English businessman and investor. He was known as the founder of Virgin Group (Richard Branson. (n.d.).Virgin Group Ltd. is a British multinational branded venture capital conglomerate. Its core business areas are travel, entertainment, and lifestyle, and it also manages ventures in financial services, transport, healthcare, food and drink, media and telecommunications; together, Virgin's businesses consist of more than 400 companies worldwide. (Virgin Group. (n.d.). Failure and rejection were a part of a business that we can’t avoid and how we manage the failure will affect successful our business.
         Richard Branson childhood’s was not same with another child that aged same as him, he suffering from dyslexia. He had a poor academic performance as the student. But his parents always think positively that their child can become a useful person in the future because of his endeavors from an early age. Not only it happens when he was a child, he also goes through a lot of failures when his business in the top, he once made a bid for certain franchises in order to make his business become more successful, but his bid fails. But this failure does not make give up easily, Richard Branson also takes the challenge to developed a brand that was called Virgin Cola, which has not a very successful and famous brand because he think that failure can teach him to be more independent and manage his business well.
