Introduction


          What is an entrepreneur? The concept of entrepreneur has a wide range of meanings. The entrepreneur is basically someone who runs a business and assumes much of the associated risk but they always full of ideas and kind of innovation in order to make sure their business were running perfectly to achieve their mission or goals.
         The word entrepreneur originates from the French word, “entreprendre”, which means "to undertake" .According Joseph Alois Schumpeter (1883-1950), entrepreneurs are not motivated by profit, but regard as a standard for measuring achievement or success. Apart, traditional definition of an entrepreneur, from Merriam-Webster, is “a person who starts a business and is willing to risk loss in order to make money” and perhaps entrepreneur will face more risk than employees itself.
          The entrepreneur should use their knowledge regarding economic trends in their business plans, identifying business opportunities such as markets and products for their services, conducting market planning, deciding upon expanding their business, making decisions about new outlets and calculating some business risks.
          Indeed, every entrepreneur need to explore the characteristics and actions that make someone as an entrepreneur. Even though, not everyone has entrepreneurial skills, but everyone should. There were some characteristics that really common and should be in everybody as an entrepreneur is proactive, networked, open risk taker, observant, visionary, failure is an option, open culture, outcome oriented, and team oriented. These were characteristic that surely can be found on any entrepreneur.
